I'm so glad it is the New Year and I'm living to tell the tale :P about what went down on Friday night.(31 December 2010) OK who am I kidding it was not that hectic I'm no longer 17 with adrenaline pumping through my blood and the non-chalant attitude that once faired me greatly. But hey whatever works :)
SO how did I spend my NYE and with who? Lets see... It was spent with my sister, bf and his friend wasa. We had dinner at Ocean Basket. And it was my FIRST meal of the day, at 9pm, so you can only imagine as to how hungry I was. I even ate the bread rolls whole heartedly and greedily :P. Mind you I had worked a 9 hour day setting the place up for the NYE party being held , so one can only imagine the chaos that was going to go down over at *MAX* that eve.
So we had a mission in mind and that was to be somewhere, anywhere for a countdown. And not really to party. Because let's face it, one cannot party in Durban it is not a party town. To make matters worse it was a rainy night and that squanched my hair to no end. After our seafood din din we trekked in the rain into Gateway and digested and deliberated if we should go to the party at *MAX*. I had comps and it was on the agenda and on our maybe list, so why not? (We went in for 5mins and left the place was CRAZY) We ended up at Umhlanga on the strip at Newscafe, it was much more chilled...

OMW I'm editing this post after SO long I'm feeling majorly stale :/.... I feel myself going into a ramble that has nothing to do with anything. I'm not in a good place right now and everything is just not going according to plan.... This sucks :(... Don't know when I'll feel better again.
